INSURANCE RATE INCREASED. (By Teleirauh, —Prejs Associiiti-qB.) □uncdin, November 12, The New Zealand Marine Under* writers' Association decided to-day to increase the insurance rate on refrigerated cargo by 2s. 6d. per cent. The '■'ate now stands at 7s. (ui, p©r cent. Tlio charge oil ordinary cargo, however, remains at 5 per cent.
