Tho amendments made by His Excellency tho Governor in the Copyrights Act Bill were agreed to,. as were the amendments made by His Excellency in the New Zealand Institute of Architects Bill. Tho Council also agreed to a new clause, which had been inserted by tho Governor, in the Local Authorities Indemnity Bill, 1913, giving power to the local bodies to expend money in connection with tho conference called by the Mackenzie Government. Tlio adjournment was taken at 2.50 p.m.
