Sir,—With reference ,to your issuo of November 8, in which you publish a cojyy of a telegram purported to havo come from Ben Tillett, tho Labonr agitator of London, to the Str.iko Committee of Wellington, in which ho savs, "Not an ounce of, tlio Athenic's cargo will bo handled by the London dockers when the vessel reaches lior Homo port," we, as men of tho Old Country, would like to ask if tlio watersido workers' of Wellington refused to unload the Athenic on her arrival hero when loaded by free labour in London during tho dock strike of 1912? —Wo are, ctc., "THE COMBINE."
