Quite a sheaf of telegrams have been received from the country districts by the Executive of tho Employers' Association from those anxious either to come to town and work of willing to act as special constables. In conversation with a member of the Executive of the Employers' Association to-day, a roportcr of tho "Star" was informed that the Waterside Workers' Unteii,' registered under the Arbitration Act, had to-day 370 members enrolled, in fact 75 moro than can bo at present em-
ployed.
