NEW UNION GROWING.

The new Arbitration Union of Wellington Wafersiders is steadily gaining stroniith, and sufficient labourers, aro available every day to work tho boats which aro brought to tho wharves. A special train arrived from. the Manawatu early yesterday morning with 20 workers and many city, men also joined. A proportion of these had already had experience of waterside work. It is impossible to get information whether or not any of these aro members of the Federation Union. The total strength of the Arbitration Union last evening was stated as 350.
