Miss Sylvia Panlhurst has been appointed Tionorary colonel. The first drill , will take place lon Wednesday'next. Fifty men-have already been enrolled, including boxing and fencing masters. They are arming iwith shillelahs and whalebones' loaded [with lead. The headquarters of the army, are in Bow Street'.'' V-V-
Miss Sylvia Pankhurst has issued a proclamation stating: "The Government is afraid- to,/touch Sir- Edward Carson ■because his forces are strong We must make ourselves strong similarly; then the Government will givo us anything iwe ask.
