WHITE SLAVE TRAFFIC.
NON-EXISTENT IN SYDNEY. ,By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyricht Sydney, November 8. Police-Superintendent Goulder; as the result of extended inquiries, reports that .white slave traffic is non-existent in Sydney. He attributes this freedom to Sydney's insular position, its great distance from other countries, and nonrecognition of persons of loose morals. But, ho says, time is. changing and distance decreasing, and ho therefore advocates the adoption of precautionary measures.
