As regards your report that I asked them to work with freo labour, both they and I desire it to bo known that, when addressing them, they wero informed by me that they would bo called upon to work with unionists of a new union (which already had an accomplished existence), as a matter of conunder which tho loading of cargo is now being carried on 011 tho' Athenic.
