THE ORDER OF, BUSINESS. Sitting in Chambers yesteidaj the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout), and Mr. Justice Chapman made the follow,ing fixtures in Civil cases set down for hoaring in the Supreme Court:—Monday noxt:—Phillip Alfred Divo v. His Majesty the King, claim for £200 for causing bodily harm; Tumbull and Jones, Ltd., v. Taihape Borough Council, declaration, etc., in connection with Bupply of electrio plant; and Jambs Stellin v. William Henry Fordham, sale of interest >n partnership. Tuesday: Thomas W. F. Marsden v. Harcourt and Co., claim for commission. Wednesday: Joseph Denholm Robertson v. Kenneth Douglas and others, claim fqr specific performance. Thursday: Albert Percival Perrett v. Charles Robert Perrett, dissolution of partnership, etc.
