MAD KING OTTO OF BAVARIA
SUPERSEDED BY LUDWIG THE THIRD. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Reo. November 6, 11.35 p.m.) Munich, November 6. Ludwig the Third has been proclaimed King of Bavaria. The doctors report that mad King Otto has scarcoly had a lucid moment since 1873, and remains in a condition of unbroken 'apathy, Ho never eats regular meals, but iood is laft in all his rooms, and ho occasionally takes some. Nevertheless, he is in excellent health.
