COLLEGE SPORTS.
MILE CHAMPIONSHIPS. The Wellington College annual sports are to bo held on the College Ground on Friday next. Yesterday afternoon two events were decided, viz., the senior and junior mile championship., Thk senior championship resulted as follows:— Brialey, 1; Matheson, 2; M'Lennan, 3. Time, smin. 7seo. There wore sixteen starters.
'Die Junior Championship was won by Wiren, with Richardson second, and Hodge third. Time, 6min. 31seo. Fifteen started.
