ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A' man named William Keeling, 43 years of age, a stoker at the Miramar sasworks, was brought to tlio Hospital fate last night suffering from a wound in tho throat. The man's condition at that time did not appear very serious, TIMBER STACKS FALL. Marton, November 5. William Brandt, aged about forty, was working cutting a drain between two small stacks of timber, when tho timber fell, pinning him. Ho was extricated almost immediately, and received' medical attention, but expired twenty minutes later. _ H© leaves a widow arid a young family. RAILWAY SHOPS FATALITY. Christchurch, November 5. A married man named Moses Everett, aged. 56 >ears, was fatally injured at tho Addington Workshops to-day. Ho was attending to a planing machine, when ho was struck by a part. He was removed to tho Hospital, but died a few minutes after entering.
