Tho "Daily Chronicle's" Berlin correspondent states that an Anglo-Gorman agreement has been almost concluded under which Germany secures . a freehand. in economio matters in Angola; witli participation in the construction of theLobita Bay-Katanga railway— the quickest routo to Europe through the centre of Africa.
Germany disclaims all rights to Mozambique. ■.. • 4 ' _ _ The agreement is subject to neither Power disturbing Portugal in her Sovereignty over Angola.
