CURTAILMENT OF SPECIAL ISSUE.
The original plan of this issue has had to be modified in consequonco of tho striko and the dislocation of business. Much matter that has been gathered lias had to be held over, but it is hoped to deal later with a variety of topics relating to the development of the West Coast back country which would otherwise have appeared in the present issue.
