Tho Chief Justico (Sir Robert Stout) sat in Chambers yesterday to hear two applications. In tiro caso of the "Now Zealand Times" v. "Tho Triad," a summons for particulars, an order was made that information relative to tho counter-claim for damages should bo supplied within two days. Mr. M. Myers represented plaintiffs and Mr. A. W. Blair tho defendants. In tho caso of Marsden v. Harcourt, a summons for interrogatories, judgment was reservod. Mr. Blair appeared for plaintiff and Mr. Sim for de-, fondant.
