EX-DICTATOR OF MEXICO.
PORFIRIO DIAZ INTERVIEWED

London, Novembor 2. General Porfirio Diaz, ox-President of Mexico, interviewed, said he had never helped the Mexican revolutionaries, and did not intend to return to Mexico. It was impossible to do anything without men and money. Ho would only return if a foreign country attaeked Mexico; then the country would bo solidly united in its elforts to throw out tho invaders. Hb would then placo his sorvices at the disposal of his fellow-countrymen. Referring to United States action, he said it must- ho remembered that! Mexico was a great country.
