CONFERENCE TO BE KEPT STEADILY IN VIEW. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrisht Sydney, November 3. Mr. Cook, Federal Prime Minister, says that though it will bo a difficult matter to arrange a conference it would bo better in tho interests of all concerned for the Dominions to talk over matters togotlier relating to naval defence. This object must bo kopt steadily in view until tho opportunity occurs.
