It is semi-officially stated that BashiBazouks, commanded by Greek officers,' massacred the men in fourteen Bulgarian villages, and that eight thousand womon and children took refuge in Dedeagatcli, but the Metropolitan delivered thorn back to the BashiBazouks. Only 3600 of the unfortunates escaped. Belgrade! Italy and Austria have presented a collective Note to Greece complaining of Albanian obstruction 1 to the Delimitation Commission's work due to Greece's incitement. They have instructed their representatives on the Commission to regard as Albanian all villages where obstruction is offered. (Reo. Novemuer 3,11.10 p.m.) . , Athens, November 8. The Government maintains that Greece's attftiide in the Albanian question hits leen absolutely correct throughout, and emphasises the point that the original people living in the contested territories were Greeks.
