CALLS DUNEDIN MEN DUMMIES. Mr. W. T. Young, who haß been called upon either to resign the position of President of tlio New Zealand Federation of Labour or tho secretaryship of the Seamen's Union, intends to lay the whole • m'attSr before a meeting of the Seamen's Union to-day. Ho states that there is 110 Federation of Seamen in New Zealand, and consequently there is no executive council,' and under the rules a branch of tho union could only deal with an 'officer by way of suspension or dismissal. That, he' said, should "dispose of the unreasonable request of the autocrat southern dummies, who are out of toucli with the .world-wide labour movement."
