HER MESSAGE TO PSYCHE. (By Telegraph.—pris« Assool&tloa.* Christchurch, November 2. Some months ago it was announced that H.M.S. Philomel, a light cruiser of tho same typo as tho I'yramus and Psyche, was on lior way to New Zealand, and, under tho proposed how naval scheme, she would bo stationed iii New Zealand waters as drill ship. Oil her last run south the wireless operator oil the Wahine heard the Philomel "talking" to tho Psyche in. naval code. The position of the ship is unknown, except to other men-of-war, but she/ may turn up at any moment at Lyttelton, or wliatever port is deoided.
