Delegates to tho South of Wales Miners' Federation alb Cardiff levied sixpcnco per member for tho relief of tho unemployed at Senghenydd. They recommended tho establishment of a general out-of-work fund, on tho basis of sixnonco monthly for members who wore ldlo through no fault of their own.
