THE WORSER BAY CLUB. Tbo Worser Bay Swimming and Life Saving Grab oponed their season on Saturday afternoon, tho opening speech being riiado by Mr. W. \v. Rowntree. vice-president. A 50yds. open handicap was got off, and resulted as ioi. lows: —11. Silver, 2sec., 1; L. Gromi, 7sec., 2; G. Green, ssee.3. Also started : ti. Silver, scr.; H. Ncilson, ssee.; J. Heath, osec.; G. Powell, sseo.; ,T. Bennett, 7sco.; A. Woon, Osec.; V. Heath, lOsec. Afternoon tea was provided by members of the Ladies' Committee.
