LIST OF COMING BUSINESS. Tho Ohiof Justioe (Sir Robert Stout) will deal witli the cnscs of the "New Zealand Times" v. "The Triad" and Marsden v. HaTcourt at 10.80 this morning. The Criminal Sessions commence at 11 o'clock this morning before Mr. Justice Chapman, the following cases being set down for trial:—Angel Millis Doei, alleged bigamy; Samuel Charles Minific, alleged attempted murder and three charges of false pretences; Harry Somes, alleged carnal knowledge; John Henry Hurley, alleged forgery and uttering (three charges), alleged false pretences (two charges), and uttering a forged document j F. Wilson, alleged forgery and uttering; Joseph Maynard, Florence Allen, and William Cleaver, alleged assault causing actual bodily harm; Georgo Reed, two charges of forgery and ono of theft; George Burt, alleged breaking and entering and tSieft : Henry Francis Carlton M'Gill, alleged theft.
