Dalgety end Company, Ltd., Palmerston: North, report having a small entry of sheep and a good yarding of cattle at their Palmcrston North sale on Thursday, when a good clearance was effected at -the following prices :—Small mixed waollv hoggets, Ms.; mixed ' two-tooths, 14s. 4d.; bulls. £2 2s.', £2 13s. 6d. to £4 155.; yearling heifers, £2 9a. to £3 45.; aged stero cows, £2 to £3; forward cows, £3 19s. 6d. to £4 65.: backward dairy heifers, to £4 4s. 6d.j light fat cows, to £5 10s.; rising three-year steers, £6.
