'A theological student who was before the Court last week charged with failing to -render personal military sendee, and who entered the plea that tho was a 'oonscientious objector, was before the Court again to-day. The plea was sustained, and exemption granted.
LITTLE BOY DROWNED. Inveroarglll, October 81. 'A boy, named Henderson' James Clinoh, aged 8 years, was accidentally 'drowned at Centre.Bush yesterday. He was missed from' his home and after a long search the body was discovered this morning in a deep ditch which contained five feet of flood water.
