SUMMARY AND FORECAST.
Present Indications are for northerly winds, strone to stale, cloudy, misty, end unsettled weather, with rata probable generally and a. falling barometer everywhere. , While warm and humid conditions, with fair to cloudy weather, have ruled in the north, a smart change has taken place in the south. Tho strong south-easterly winds, which last niglvt brought heavy rain and some snow on higher levels, has given way to strong north-easterly and more rain today.
