SUPREME COURT.

His Honour Mr. Justice Cooper, in Chambers, heard an application yesterday in the adjourned case Palmer v. Palmer, respecting tho costs of administering ah estate. At the last hearing, on October 6, His Honour advised the parties to arrivo at some mutual arrangement and the caso was adjourned with that object. Mr. Martin, who appeared for Mr. Palmer, yesterday informed His Houour that this had been done, and the trust was transferred to the Public Trustee, costs being ordered to bo paid out of the estato.
