Tho Ulster Unionist Council lias received a cable alleged to emanate from a member of the Australian Government, dated from Perth, saying that Mr. Asfltiitli's statement- respecting tho Australians' attitudo towards Home Rule—it was stated- that- tho Oversea Dominions were practically with the Government—is a malicious falsehood. Australia is ready to support Ulster.
