A mooting of the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company's officers has unanimously declined further service until their grievances were adjusted'. A large emergency fund has been formed. The meeting emphasised the pointthat the guild was acting <.11. their behalf, and that they were determined to uphold tho position and prostigo of the guild at all hazards. The company has issued a circular inviting tho officers to meet tho board to-morrow and submit their grievances. Tho officers will bo permitted to choose a spokesman not connected with the service. The P. and 0. steamer Arcadia's sailing for Bombay has been postponed till Friday. The company's Nanking and Novara aro unable to leave tho docks. (Ree. October 29, 10.50 p.m.) London, October 29.
