In tho Fedoral House- the adjournment of tho debate on tho Loan Bill was carried against tho Government, wliilo a numhor of Ministerialists were attending tho funeral of tho late Mr. William Knox, an ex-Parliamentarian, who rccontly died in England. At tho instance of Mr. Cook, the House immediately adjourned. Mr. Cook is sore at tho Oppositionists' snap victory on an adjournment motion, and dononncos it as a trick. Ministers meet .their supporters this morning to discuss the situation.
