MINISTERIALISTS AHEAD. By Telegraph—truss Association—OcoyriEl.t (Rec. October 29,'0.45 a.m.) Some, October 28. Tho first ballots in the Italian General Elections show that the Ministerialists elected exceed half tho Chamber. Tho Socialists were notably successful ai Milan, Turin, 'Bologne, Venice, Genoa, and Naples. Several carbineers were wounded in riots at Naples. Thero have been many murders in various districts. Four electors wert shot dead, and t'hreo others fatally stabbed.
