•AN AUTHOR ARRESTED. By Telegraph—Press Association— Oopyrieht London, October 27. Mr. Louis Cohen, author of "Reminiscences of Kimborloy," has been arrested on a chargo of conspiring with Emil Bergor in connection with libels on Sir J. B. Robinson in 1911 and 1912.
