A progressive pairs competition was also held, tlio winners being Skips W. H. Morrah lends A. W. Jloran and A. W. C. Brailst'ord a tie. PETONE CLUB. The following will represent Petone against Klmndallali on. Saturday for senior, pennants:— Home: Jones, T. M'Arthur, Beynon, Coles (skip); Cowie, Castle, Hay, Stephens (skip). Away: M'Ewen, Wcaroe, Fowler, Melhuish (skip); P. M'Arthur, Br. Wyhe (skip). A pairs progressive tournament was held on Labour Day. Result: Firth winning for skips and Dixon the leads —five games- each.
