WANGANUI SHOW.
The annual show of the Wanganui A. and P„ Association is l>eing lield. 011 November 19 and 20, and this year's gathering promises to oclipso all previous events. There are amongst tho horses competitions for all breeds and classes,'and in nearly all instances tho prize money has been supplemented by valuablo trophies, and it is anticipated that two score of competitors will bo out_ in. the jumping contests. . The choico 'breeds in cattle and sheep are all well represented, and tho Wanganui Kennel Club's exhibition of dogs is one of the best in the North Island. There are 470 classes for every breed, variety and ago, aiid tho system and experience of tho stewards never fails to satisfy exhibitors. In the domestic classes farm produce, cookery, and needlework are well catered" for, whity tho displays of art aud metal work, and the public school children exhibits will bo attractive and instructive. Entries close on November C at 9 p.m. with tho secretary, Mr. Selby Morton, Box 152, Wanganui. . ■
