Two of the resellers at the Stag Canon mine, in which over 200 minors were entombed as tho result of a terriblo explosion, were killed when tho roof of tho mino coilapscd, and two others barely escaped with their lives, Blackdamp is barring ingress, but attempts to recover tho bodies are still proceeding. Tho progress is necessarily slow. Several of tho rcscued men declare that the' explosion bjr which tho mino was wrecked seemed liko a. volcano eruption. (llec.
