NEW IMMIGRATION LAWS.
Br Telegraph—Press Association— Oopyricht Ottawa, October 25. (Reo. October 26, 5,5 p.m.) The Dominion Government has drawn up now regulations governing Oriental immigration to Canada and submitted thom"for the Homo Government's approval. Such action is declared to bo urgent by the press, in view of tie fact that 'Hindus nro now able to ovado tlio existing regulations providing for an uninterrupted passage from the country of their birth, in order to enter the Dominion.
