' WHO SHOULD HOLD IT? THE STATE OH THE COMPANIES. At yesterday's meeting of tlio Wellington Hospital and Charitable Aid Hoard, tlio question was raised whether the board's fire insurance business should be placed with the State Fire Department or with the insurance companies. Tho amendment wn3 seconded by Dr. Mackenzie, r.nd a lengthy debate followed.
