' — JUDGE'S COMMENTS AT DAIRY SHOW. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. Octobor 23, 11.55 p.m.)' London, October 23. Mr. W. Oakey (of Bristol), the judge of the salted butter exhibits at tnof dairy dhow, said that generally speaking the flavour showed a great improvement on any previously judged. Ho was pleased to note the absence of fishiness, but the great majority of tho exhibits U'ero lacking in texture, largely duo to putting in- as much moisture as was possible.
