SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for mi6ty and unsettled weather, with io.in generally, the barometer falline everywhere. Strong , westerly winds rullne in tho north, and moderato to ttrone and varlablo winds elsewhero. The barometer has shown a felling tendency everywhere, especially about Cook Strait, with increasing' cloudiness and humidity, and rain has been reporie-a in most parts of the country.
