These ' new quarters will bo availablo for meetings and general use of members in i about three weeks' time.' A good deal ' of routine business was transacted, and i it was resolved: "That the Wellington i Contra] Chamber of Commerce in gen- • oral mooting assembled heartily cn- ; dorso the stand taken by the shipping; f companies and the Harbour Board in regard to the attitudo adopted by the k Wellington Watersido Workers in broak- ' inn its signed agreement." Several ' members spoke strongly on the disloea- ' tion of trade and the inconvenience rc--1 suiting from the unwarrantable action : of tho men, who liavo so little regard for the terms of their compact or tho ■ public welfare.
