Sir, —Permit mo to bring under tho notice of the citizens of Wellington a circular whicli has been issued by the Hospital Board to tho Medical Association, with instructions to those in tho profession that they aro not to give an order to a. patient for admittance to the Wellington Hospital unless that patient is in need of charitable aid, as tlio Wellington Hospital is a charitable institution, i Tho above statement was made to me by a medical man when I askcjl him for an order to admit mo to the Hospital.—l am, ONE WHO HAS REFUSED THE ORDER,
