Two miners named Thompson and Abnoy have been arrested on a charge of assault with intent to murder two non-unionists in the Deep Loads Mine, Beaufort. Tho arrests are tho outcomo of an attack by a body of unionists upon four non-unionists, two of whom took rofugo in tho bottom of a shaft until released by tho manager.
