KAISER & CROWN PRINCE.
AND THE BRUNSWICK SUCCESSION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrlfflit (Rec. October 21, 0.20 a.m.) Beflin, October 20. During tho Leipzig Centenary celebrations the German Crown Prince ostentatiously remained at Ilopfreben, in Austria, from where he recently wrote his letter of protest in connection with the Brunswick succession. Ho started homewards on Saturday. The Kaiser sent an aido-de-camp to Munich to meet him. Subsequently tho> Kaiser and the Crown Prince had a long and animated discussion. It is regarded as significant that ho ' was not invited . to luncheon with his parents and sisters. The Prussian Government, backed by tho Chancellor (Herr von_ BethmannHollweg), will shortly submit its Brunswick resolution to the Federal Council. ' The nowspapers imply that hints have been conveyed to the Crown Prince that the question at.issue i§ a matter of State policy, with which ho has no concom.
