King Peter, when opening the Skupstlna, reviewed the gains of the war, and emphasised the aspirations towards a great Servia. He announced a Bill to ' increase the army. 'ALBANIANS ROUTED. Getlnje, October 10. After two days' hard lighting the 'Albanians fled. The Montenegrins are pursuing them. SERVIAN TROOPS MUST LEAVE. (Reo. October 19, 5.5 p.m.) Vienna, October 18. The Austro-Hungarian representative at Belgrade has been instructed to inform Sorvia in the most emphatio diplomatic form that the Servian troops must immediately evacuate Albania.
