THE REMOVAL OF A CAVEAT.

Sitting in Chambers yesterday, His Honour, Mr. Justioo Chapman, heard an application to remove' a caveat lodged by Wiriliana Hunia in re the HoroWhen.ua block, on the ground that it ■was identical with a caveat that was previously ordered to bo removed, and on the further ground that Hunia was tailing no steps to advance hia rights by appeal or otherwise. Mr. Hohnden appeared in support of the caveat, Which was opposed by Mr. P. Baldwin, of Palmerston North.
