Ootober 17, 7.20 p.m.) Mexico City, October 17. It )b reported that tho British and other diplomats have recommended thoir Governments to _ dispatch warships to protect the legations, should the necessity arise. It is stated that two German cruisers have bean ordered to American waters, owing to the disquieting situation in Mexico.
