JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. George Pinnock was ordered' to pay Burns and Sons £10 19s. by October 30; Allen. T. Vickcrs to pay Charles Goldman £11 6s. 6d. by October 30; and Bromley Hill to pay' C.- W. White and Co. £7 4s. 9d. by October 80.

POLICE SIDE. For insobriety, Mary Wakeham was fined 10s., and prohibited; Harry Edwards :waß fined £1; and Mallick Joseph' Dotonoy 10s. Henry Edward Hartnell was remanded till October 20 on a charge of tho theft of an electro-plated teapot valued at 7s. 6d.

James Kane was fined £2 and ordered to pay damages (7s. 6d.) for breaking a window in tho house of some people whom ihe followed along the street.
