WHEREAS Graham Shaw, of Greymouth, in the said Dominion, claiming to have been lawfully married to you, has filed his Petition against you in our said Court praying for a Dissolution of his said marriage with you wherein he alleges that on or about the 12th day of July, 190", you wilfully deserted hint without just cnuse and for a period of 5 years and upwards, namely, from that date down to the date of such Petition, being the Bth day of September, 1913, have continued to desert him without just cause, NOW THIS IS TO COMMAND YOU that within 42 days from and exclusive of the last day of publication of this Citation YOU DO APPEAR in our said Court then and there to make answer to the said Petition, a copy whereof sealed with the seal of our said Court will upon your request be delivered to you, AND TAKE NOTICE in default of your soloing th® said Court will proceed to'' hear the said charges proved in duo course of law and to pronounce sentence therein your absence notwithstanding, AND TAKE FURTHER' NOTICE that for tho purpose aforesaid you are to attend- in person or by your Solicitor at the Registrar's Office'at the Court House at the City of Nelson, and there to enter an' appearance without which yon -will not be allowed to address the Court either in person or by Counsel at any stage of the proceedings.
