THo Kaiser and other German Royal personages will attend tho ceremonies 111 connection with the _ dedication of a gigantic granito memorial of tho battle of Leipzig on October 18. Tho monument, which'is pyramidal, is three hundred foot high, and cost £300,000. Thirty-sovcn thousand threo hundred and fifty-live German athletes will participate in relay races from all parts of Germany, also in America and Brazil, convoying congratulatory messages to the ICaiser at Leipzig. Tho American message will be oarrie.d from Washington to Now York, thenco by steamer to Bremen, whenco athletes, in relays, will take it to Leipzig.
