'A FURTHER REDUCTION. By Itelefrraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. October 12, 6.5 p.m.) Ottawa, Ootober 11. Mr. Herbert Samuel (British Postmas tor-Geiioral) and Mr. L. T. Pollotier (Canadian Postmastor-Goneral) _ have arranged for a further reduction in the trans-Atlantic cablo rates by tbo Imperial Government. It is hoped also to introduce next session a Bill to make uniform naturalisation laws throughout tlio Empiro.
